Rights and Obligations 3.1. Owner of all services, domain names, software codes, interfaces, contents, product reviews, videos, algorithms, drawings, models, designs and all other intellectual and industrial rights connected to Btcix.io service, (excluding content and applications provided from third parties) Grintech Software Company. The software, design and copyrights of the services offered belong entirely to Btcix.io. The copying, reproduction and dissemination of the services and the pages linked to it, as well as reverse engineering, are not permitted in any way. 3.2. User; It cannot transfer its account and rights to third parties, sell it, or make its own membership available to anyone else under any name or name. In this case, Btcix.io has the right to cancel, stop, suspend the users account. The users crypto assets are not affected by this. 3.3. The user is responsible for the accuracy and confidentiality of the information provided while subscribing to the Site, as well as protecting the password and user name, and not sharing it with others. Btcix.io does not accept any responsibility if this information is obtained by unauthorized persons and Btcix.io services are used. 3.4. Btcix.io board members, managers, employees and the people who prepared the information on this site do not have any legal or criminal responsibility for any damages and/or losses arising from or to be incurred by the sites users fault. 3.5. Users may only operate on the Site for lawful purposes. There are certain risks that come with investing in cryptocurrencies. Users declare and undertake that they understand the risks of investing in cryptocurrencies with the acceptance and approval of this contract and that they will not hold Btcix.io responsible for any damages and losses that may be caused or caused by the investment. Users are responsible for profits and losses resulting from price changes. In case of loss or damage, users cannot claim any rights from Btcix.io. 3.19. It is not technically possible to monitor how cryptocurrencies purchased on Btcix.io are used, where and for what purpose they are transferred, whether they are used in a crime or not. Btcix.io cannot be held responsible for the damages and losses, negative or positive damages of the user or third parties, arising or to arise from the misuse of cryptocurrencies. 3.20. Users are personally responsible for legal responsibilities and tax liabilities related to the use of cryptocurrencies. Btcix.io cannot be held responsible for the tax liabilities of the Users resulting from their gains and losses. 3.21. Btcix.io is obliged, as a prudent trader, to exercise the utmost care for the security of cryptocurrencies in accounts maintained on behalf of Users. Users cryptocurrencies are stored in cold storage against any cyber attacks. However, despite all these efforts of Btcix.io, Btcix.io cannot be held responsible for theft/fraud that may occur. 3.22. The site only serves real people. 3.23. Users must be over 18 years old. The 18 age criterion is determined according to the Central Population Administration System of the Republic of Turkey. The user hereby declares and undertakes that he is over the age of 18 within the scope of this contract. Btcix.io has the right to terminate/suspend User accounts, which, for any reason, determines that the owner is under the age of 18 or suspects that they are used by persons under the age of 18, without notice. The User, who undertakes that he is over the age of 18, is ex officio responsible for the accuracy of all the information he reports. Btcix.io relies on this statement in all transactions related to the User and acts accordingly. 3.24. Each User can have only one User account. The User may only use the Site for the purpose of benefiting from the services defined in this Agreement. Btcix.io has the right to terminate/suspend the relevant User accounts without notice, in case there is more than one User account used by the same person. 3.25. Btcix.io may cancel or reverse these transactions in order to correct the system and ensure its correct operation, in cases where transactions are realized at unrealistic prices due to technical errors. During cancellation and withdrawal, these User accounts may be frozen, if any payment has been made, an unfair payment may be requested, and Btcix.io has the right to take any legal action if it is not returned. Btcix.io cannot be held responsible and cannot be claimed for such transactions. 3.26 . Btcix.io cannot be held responsible in any way for technical malfunctions that may occur on the website. Btcix.io cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may arise due to short-term or long-term technical failures. 3.27. Btcix.io reserves the right to freeze, close the Users account and take legal action against the disrespectful and insulting attitudes of the Users in verbal and written communication with Btcix.io. 4. Fees will be effective from the moment they are announced in the help section. 4.2. Btcix.io has the right to receive commission (service fee) at a rate determined by its users in every purchase and sale transaction. Cryptocurrency transfers are non-refundable, so the commission or transaction fees allocated by Btcix.io are non-refundable and users are not entitled to request a refund of these fees. 5. Privacy Policy 5.1. In the event that this agreement is accepted and approved by the user, the rights and obligations arising from the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Btcix.io and the User will be deemed to have been mutually accepted and they agree and undertake that they will act in accordance with the scope of the Law. 5.2. Btcix.io undertakes that it will not give Users personal information (identity, invoice, address, e-mail, telephone, fax, demographic information or customer number, etc.) to third parties except for legal obligations or the explicit consent of the user. 5.3. The information provided by the users will not be used in any scope other than the rules and purposes specified in the User Agreement, and will not be shared with third parties. 5.4. Btcix.io detects and records the IP addresses of the users, the models of the devices they access the Site, their operating systems and browser information. Btcix.io may use these records for the purposes of identifying users in a general way and collecting comprehensive demographic information, ensuring system and user account security, fighting fraud and complying with legal obligations. 5.5. Btcix.io can cooperate with many 3rd party institutions and organizations in various ways in order to use the services and services it offers more effectively.
